What do you love about working at Intuit?

AH: Three things come to mind, and diversity stands out the most - my team is a mix of folks from different experiences and backgrounds. Second, everything we do contributes to the overall talent strategy. Finally, our CEO is inspiring!

If you could describe the culture at your company in one word, what would it be and why?

AH: #WinTogether (that counts as one-word :D). The sum of all our efforts and contributions is what creates excellence and what creates an awesome team.

What traits are you looking for in your next team member?

AH: Someone who's collaborative, educating, a team-player, self-motivated, strategic, and customer-oriented.

Why did you decide to partner with PowerToFly?

AH: Diversity and Inclusion - let's transform and diversify the tech space!

Do you have any advice for someone interested in working at your company?

AH: If you're interested in software engineering, the people who stand out are the people who are technologists, committed to learning, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and care about the customer. Our Intuit values will give you an idea about the type of people you'd be working with and the folks who succeed ☺
