For women like Sheila Callahan, it comes from 17 years of camaraderie and mentorship at an organization that understands what women in the workplace need to succeed. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant and moved through the ranks in a competitive industry (while becoming a mother along the way!) to her current position as Vice President of T. Rowe Price's Investment Services. Through this journey, Sheila has gained confidence in her abilities and a solid understanding of her worth.
