We've been talking a lot about our remote office party that happened last week- mainly because it was a hit amongst our employees, but also because we understand how important events like these are to maintaining the culture we've built here at PowerToFly.
Just because your team (or part of your team) is remote, doesn't mean you have to miss out on all of the fun! Events like these give team members who may never speak to each other during a normal workday, the opportunity to interact on a more personal level. Plus- who doesn't love seeing a full Zoom screen of smiling faces?!
There are lots of ways to celebrate the holidays with a remote team.
