NBCUniversal's Employee Resource Group Out@NBCUniversal walked in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in March, and were featured on WNBC. The organization encourages employees to express their true selves and maintain a supportive community that is open to all. OUT is one of the oldest ERG's in corporate America and was the first of it's kind to march in the New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade back in 2015.
