Turo: Standing for voter rights in America

Turo stands firmly for equality and justice for every person, so we're answering the call from Ken Chenault and over 70 Black leaders across the corporate world to stand unwaveringly behind voter rights and unequivocally oppose any legislation that stifles anyone's right to vote.

Voting is sacrosanct in America; equal access to have one's voice heard is one of the cornerstones of this country's soul, as well as one of the key ingredients to its success. As a peer-to-peer marketplace, Turo operates on the basic tenets of mutual respect, trust, collaboration, and belonging. We cannot stand by and silently watch these core tenets — not just to our business, but to fundamental human rights — be subverted.

We remain committed to anti-racism. We condemn violence against the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. We condemn violence borne of political ire. We object to voter suppression, and cannot tolerate any form or expression of systemic racism.

We see you, and we stand with you.
