(NYSE: FCN) today announced that Gina Gutzeit, a Senior Managing Director and Leader of the firm's Office of the CFO Solutions ("OCFO") practice, has been named one of Consulting magazine's Women Leaders in Consulting for 2018. Ms. Gutzeit has been recognized in the Excellence in Leadership category, which honors professionals who have helped advance new thinking to identify and address client needs.

Ms. Gutzeit has more than 30 years of experience advising on operational and financial improvements, restructurings and project management. She has held numerous interim management roles, including Chief Financial Officer. Her industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transportation, service providers, retail, distributors, manufacturers, hospitality and real estate. She serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and Chairperson of the Finance Committee of Richmond University Medical Center.
"It means a lot to be recognized for years of doing what I simply love to do," Ms. Gutzeit said. FTI Consulting placed in the top 10 in the career development, client engagement, leadership, work-life balance, and compensation and benefits categories.

Earning a top spot on Consulting's Best Firms to Work For list follows other workplace honors for the firm this year. In April, FTI Consulting was named to Forbes magazine's list of America's Best Management Consulting Firms for the third consecutive year in 18 sectors and functional areas.
In May, FTI Consulting and its Compass Lexecon subsidiary were recognized as firm of the year in four categories at the annual Who's Who Legal Awards ceremony in London. FTI Consulting was named Consulting Firm of the Year, Arbitration Consulting Firm of the Year and Investigations Forensic Accounting Firm of the Year. Compass Lexecon was named Competition Economics Firm of the Year.
In June, Compass Lexecon led the Who's Who Legal: Competition 2018 – Economists list, with 42 professionals recognized for their expert testimony in complex antitrust matters and advice on intricate matters of competition economics. In addition to having the most experts of any firm named to the list, Compass Lexecon had the most individuals recognized as Thought Leaders.
In July, FTI Consulting and Compass Lexecon led the Who's Who Legal: Consulting Experts guide for the third consecutive year with 144 professionals recognized, more than twice as many as the next firm.
