PowerToFly kicked off 2020 with our first NYC event of the year and we were thrilled to partner with Greenhouse Software and OUTFRONT Media Inc. Hosted at Rise New York, Created by Barclays, this special gathering featured lightning tech talks from women tech leaders at Greenhouse and OUTFRONT Media along with plenty of networking time over delicious refreshments.
Hosted by PowerToFly's Amy Trappey, first up we heard from Greenhouse's Sarah Foster, Director of Product Design and Irene Kuo, Product Designer who provided a behind-the-scenes look at their product. Next up, we heard from OUTFRONT Media's Nancy Hoffman, SVP, Associate General Counsel, MTA Program Manager and Marion Parrish, SVP, Digital Operations, OUTFRONT Media who walked us through how their company is innovating New York City subway advertising courtesy their digital screens.

Jasmine Harvey is pursuing her MBA while working full-time as a buyer for Viasat, a global communications and satellite internet company. Balancing home, work, and school while maintaining a 3.9 grade point average has been quite a challenge. Jasmine had a perfect 4.0 until she took one of the hardest classes in her program, Managerial Economics and Global, during this COVID pandemic. She finished a full 15 percentage points above the class average, but was still 0.6 points away from an "A".
